Shipping Policy

Rates

• Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $34.99 or more.
• Below that, orders within the contiguous United States are quoted live USPS rates (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) at checkout, based on your delivery address.
• Hawaii, Alaska and international orders are quoted live USPS and DHL rates at checkout, based on your address. A small handling fee applies to international orders.
• Very large or unusual orders may occasionally need a custom quote — email info@africafe.us and we will send you a rate before you pay.
• Your exact shipping rate is shown on the checkout shipping step before you pay. You will never meet a shipping charge for the first time on the payment page.

Processing & delivery

• Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
• Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
• USPS is our primary carrier within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses); international orders ship via USPS or DHL.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.
• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be notified by email if we have been notified about a delay.
