Shipping policy

• All orders in the continental USA get free shipping (USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground).

• All flat rate shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the region. Flat rate shipments are only available within the continental USA. A surcharge of $9 applies to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO shipments.

• All international orders will ship for a flat rate of $19.99.

• Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

• UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping carriers in Continental United States and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

• Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.

• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be notified by email if we have been notified about a delay.
