Rates
- Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $34.99 or more.
- Orders under $34.99 ship at a flat rate of $8.95 via USPS Ground Advantage within the contiguous United States.
- Hawaii and Alaska: a $19.99 surcharge applies.
- International: $24.99 up to 5 lb, $49.95 from 5 lb to 10 lb. Above 10 lb we quote individually — email info@africafe.us and we will send you a rate before you pay.
- Rates are shown in full in your cart before you pay. You will never meet a shipping charge for the first time at checkout.
Processing & delivery
- Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
- Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
- USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping carriers in the Continental United States, and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be notified by email if we have been notified about a delay.
