Shipping & Returns

Rates

• Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $34.99 or more.
• Orders under $34.99 ship at a flat rate of $8.95 via USPS Ground Advantage within the contiguous United States.
• Hawaii and Alaska: a $19.99 surcharge applies.
• International: $24.99 up to 5 lb, $49.95 from 5 lb to 10 lb. Above 10 lb we quote individually — email info@africafe.us and we will send you a rate before you pay.
• Rates are shown in full in your cart before you pay. You will never meet a shipping charge for the first time at checkout.

Processing & delivery

• Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
• Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
• USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping carriers in the Continental United States, and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.
• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be notified by email if we have been notified about a delay.

Returns

• We accept returns for refund postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order. We accept returns for an online credit (valid for use on africafe.us) for non-final sale items up to 30 days from the date you placed your order.
• Damages must be reported within five (5) days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Upon receipt of return and inspection, refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit (valid for use on africafe.us).
• Returns must be in new (unopened) condition.
• Original and return shipping is non refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 10 – 15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
• Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method.
• If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

You may ship back your return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
